Job summary

Rivaya Care affiliated facility in Des Plaines, IL is seeking a dynamic Restorative Nurse to coordinate and supervise restorative programs while ensuring compliance with facility policies and state, federal, and local regulations.

You will develop person-centered restorative plans, conduct assessments, complete MDS tasks, coordinate with therapists, and educate the nursing team to promote residents’ mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the state.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience.
• Completion of a Restorative Nursing Program or willingness to complete.
• BCLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop restorative services with a person-centered approach.
• Coordinate and supervise restorative programs to enhance mobility and function.
• Conduct restorative assessments and complete MDS-related tasks.
