Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification required or state equivalent.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to document accurately and perform basic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform restorative nursing techniques to improve residents' quality of life.
• Document daily on treatment grids and weekly progress notes.
• Notify restorative nurse coordinator of problems or needs for reassessment.
• Report significant changes to nursing leadership and care plans.
• Support B/B program and collaborate with nurse aides on procedures.
• Attend required meetings and in-services.
• Advocate for residents and motivate others.
