Job summary

Mobile Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Restorative Nurse to provide high-quality care in a rehabilitation setting. The successful candidate will work with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans promoting independence and well-being.

The role requires an LPN or RN licensed in Alabama, at least two years of experience, and strong communication skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting patient independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct restorative nursing assessments, develop, and implement individualized care plans to promote patient independence and well-being

• Administer injections, medications, and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Provide wound care and prevention services to patients with impaired skin integrity

• Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques, medication management, and disease prevention

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

Requirements:

• Restorative Nurse LPN/RN with a current Alabama nursing license

• 2 years of experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
