Signature HealthCARE Rockford Rehab & Wellness Center is seeking a Restorative Nurse to lead the restorative nursing program and help residents maintain independence with guided therapy under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse with an active state license.
• Experience of 1–3 years; supervisory experience preferred.
• Restorative nursing procedures to maximize residents' abilities.

• Assist with potential admissions as needed.
• Maintain a Monday–Friday 8-hour day shift with occasional weekend rotation.

Signature Rehab has expanded into managing the Restorative Nursing Program.

How you Will make a Difference

• Perform restorative nursing procedures that maximize the residents’ existing abilities, emphasize independence instead of dependence, and minimize the negative effects of disability with an attitude of realistic optimism under the supervision of a restorative nurse.
• Assist as needed with potential Admissions as needed at the building.
• Monday – Friday 8 hour day shift with occasional weekend rotation.

What you Need to make a Difference

• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse with required state licensure.
• One (1) to three (3) years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Recognize resident’s needs such as ROM exercises, ambulation limitations, etc.
