Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Restorative Nurse to lead the restorative nursing program at Heritage Hall Rehab & Wellness Center. You will perform restorative procedures to maximize residents’ independence and assist with admissions as needed, under supervision of a restorative nurse.

The role requires LPN/LVN or RN with current state licensure and 1–3 years of related experience; supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse with required state licensure.
• 1–3 years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to recognize resident needs such as ROM exercises and ambulation limitations.

Responsibilities

• Perform restorative nursing procedures that maximize residents' independence.
• Assist with admissions as needed at the building.
• Maintain regular 8-hour day shifts Monday–Friday with occasional weekend rotation.

How you Will make a Difference

• Perform restorative nursing procedures that maximize the residents’ existing abilities, emphasize independence instead of dependence, and minimize the negative effects of disability with an attitude of realistic optimism under the supervision of a restorative nurse.
• Assist as needed with potential Admissions as needed at the building.
• Monday – Friday 8 hour day shift with occasional weekend rotation.

What you Need to make a Difference

• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse with required state licensure.
• One (1) to three (3) years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Recognize resident’s needs such as ROM exercises, ambulation limitations, etc.
