Signature HealthCARE in Georgetown, KY is seeking a PRN Restorative Nurse to lead the restorative nursing program. The role focuses on maximizing residents' abilities, promoting independence, and coordinating with the team in a 16-hour weekly schedule, day shifts.

• 1–3 years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience recognizing residents' needs and ROM exercises.

Responsibilities

• Perform restorative nursing procedures to maximize residents' abilities and independence.
• Assist Admissions as needed at the building.
• Support the restorative nurse and coordinate the program with the Rehab team.
• Maintain a day shift schedule, 16 hours per week, PRN basis.

Signature Rehab is dedicated to providing top rehab care to residents of Signature HealthCARE nursing homes nationwide, as well as other individuals on an outpatient basis.

Signature Rehab has expanded into managing the Restorative Nursing Program.

How you Will make a Difference

• Perform restorative nursing procedures that maximize the residents’ existing abilities, emphasize independence instead of dependence, and minimize the negative effects of disability with an attitude of realistic optimism under the supervision of a restorative nurse.
• Assist as needed with potential Admissions as needed at the building.
• Monday – Friday 8 hour day shift with occasional weekend rotation.

What you Need to make a Difference

• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse with required state licensure.
• One (1) to three (3) years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Recognize resident’s needs such as ROM exercises, ambulation limitations, etc.

Hiring a PRN Restorative Nurse to work 16 hours a week. Schedule can be flexible but must be day shift hours.
