Job summary

Signature Rehab is recruiting a Restorative Nurse to lead the restorative nursing program within Signature HealthCARE’s nationwide facilities. You will perform restorative procedures, support residents’ independence, and assist with admissions as needed in a team-driven environment.

The role operates Monday–Friday with on-call weekend rotation, backed by comprehensive benefits and a collaborative Rehab team. A valid nursing license is required, with 1–3 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse with active state licensure.
• 1–3 years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform restorative nursing procedures to maximize residents' independence.
• Assist with admissions as needed.
• Maintain a consistent 8-hour day shift (Mon–Fri) with occasional weekend rotation.

Signature Rehab has expanded into managing the Restorative Nursing Program.

How You Will Make a Difference

• Perform restorative nursing procedures that maximize the residents’ existing abilities, emphasize independence instead of dependence, and minimize the negative effects of disability with an attitude of realistic optimism under the supervision of a restorative nurse.
• Assist as needed with potential Admissions as needed at the building.
• Monday – Friday 8 hour day shift with occasional weekend rotation.

What You Need To Make a Difference

• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse with required state licensure.
• One (1) to three (3) years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Recognize resident’s needs such as ROM exercises, ambulation limitations, etc.
