Nexus at River Oaks is seeking a qualified Restorative Nurse to oversee our restorative nursing program and help residents maintain independence and mobility in a caring, team-oriented setting. You will coordinate care plans, supervise restorative staff, assess resident needs, and collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams to promote mobility, safety and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state of Illinois in good standing.
• 1 year or more experience in long-term care.
• Restorative nursing experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
