Job summary

Qualifications
- Current CNA certification in state of practice.
- Preferred specialty certifications in fitness/wellness.
- Background in exercise and activity training with seniors.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver wellness, fitness, and exercise programs with therapy team.
- Receive restorative training onsite.
- Assist in restorative care of patients per plan.
- Work with a dedicated restorative caseload on ambulation, transfers, bed mobility, ROM, dressing and splint/prosthesis care.
