Job summary

Aegis Therapies in La Crosse, WI is hiring a Wellness Instructor in Restorative Care to join our Rehab Therapy Team as a CNA with restorative duties. This full-time position offers up to 40 hours per week with weekend rotation, in a Rehabilitation Center, Skilled Nursing Facility and Senior Care Wellness setting.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• Experience in restorative care is preferred but not required; on-site training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver wellness, fitness, and exercise programs with the therapy team.
• Assist in restorative care such as ambulation, transfers, bed mobility, ROM, dressing/grooming.
• Support interdisciplinary collaboration to provide the best patient care.
