Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking a part-time Wellness Instructor in Restorative Care at our New Glarus, WI location. You will work with the Rehab Therapy Team to deliver wellness and exercise programs, with full restorative training provided onsite.

CNA certification is required. This role emphasizes exclusive restorative responsibilities, including ambulation, transfer training, bed mobility, ROM, dressing, and splint/prosthesis care, with growth opportunities within a supportive, multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Specialty fitness certifications preferred (trainer/exercise specialist).

Responsibilities

• Deliver wellness, fitness, and exercise programs with the rehab therapy team.
• Assist in restorative care of patients as directed.
• Perform ambulation, transfer training, bed mobility, ROM, dressing/grooming, and splint/prosthesis care.
