Job summary

Lake Barkley Health & Rehabilitation in Kuttawa, Kentucky, is hiring a Restorative Aide (CNA) to support residents’ physical and functional independence under supervision. You will follow individualized care plans, perform restorative programs, and document progress in accordance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Kentucky.
• Restorative Nursing Aide experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out restorative nursing programs (ambulation, ROM, ADL retraining).
• Encourage residents to perform activities independently.
• Document progress and changes to nursing/therapy staff.
• Maintain/restorative equipment safety and cleanliness.
• Participate in care plan meetings and team discussions.
