Job summary

The Shores, a UMC community, seeks a Restorative CNA to join our care team in Ocean City, NJ. This part-time role pays $23.00 to $25.55 per hour, based on experience, with a 10am–6pm day shift.

Join a dedicated team helping residents with mobility and daily living through restorative programs. NJ CNA certification required; benefits include health/dental/vision, retirement plan, PTO, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CNA certification in good standing on the NJ Nurse Aide Registry.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year or more as a CNA in long-term care or rehab.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with mobility, exercise, and wellness activities outlined in individualized restorative programs.
• Assist residents with daily routines while encouraging participation and independence.
• Help residents with transfers, dining, and the use of supportive equipment to promote comfort and engagement.
• Track participation and document observations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Observe resident well-being and communicate relevant changes or concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to support individualized resident goals and quality of life.
