Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative care to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses, focusing on ADLs and restorative therapies.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming as needed.
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises, ambulation, and other restorative therapies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Promote resident safety and prevent falls by reporting concerns to supervisors.
