MediLodge of Holland in Holland, MI is seeking a dedicated Restorative Aide (CNA) to support residents with rehabilitation and daily living activities. Under licensed nurse supervision, you will help residents regain independence and maintain comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates rehabilitation/restorative nursing interventions under the supervision of the licensed nurse.
• Promotes resident’s independence through ROM, bed mobility, transfers and basic care.
• Documents objectives and interventions in the care plan and clinical record.
