Saber-Healthcare-Group’s Oak Grove Health & Rehab Center in Chesapeake, VA is hiring a Restorative CNA to provide compassionate direct care and support residents’ physical and emotional needs in a SNF setting.

The role offers flexible pay options (On-Demand Pay or Weekly Pay), full-time or part-time schedules (7:00a–7:00p), and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health benefits, and 401K. Must hold an active CNA registry in Virginia and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within the applicable laws of the state where you work.
• High school diploma or GED (or actively enrolled in a high school program).

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment and attend to residents’ physical needs and comfort in a SNF setting.
• Deliver direct care to residents as assigned and per care plans.
• Participate in restorative programs and activities to support residents’ well-being.
