Job summary

Oak Grove Health & Rehab Center, located in Chesapeake, VA, is seeking a Restorative CNA to provide compassionate care in a skilled nursing facility, helping residents with daily activities and restorative programs.

You will follow care plans, assist with physical needs, and work under supervision in a supportive team environment. Shifts run 7:00a–7:00p with both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within the applicable laws of the state.
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED or be actively enrolled in a high school program.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment and emotional and social support.
• Attend to residents' physical needs and comfort in a SNF setting.
• Participate in delivering restorative programs and activities to support residents' well-being.

Education
