Job summary

Gainesville Health & Rehab Center in Gainesville VA is seeking a compassionate Restorative CNA to help residents regain mobility and independence. You will assist with restorative care programs, document progress, and communicate changes to the nursing and therapy teams.

Hands-on ADL support and a supportive, safe environment are core to the role. Active Virginia CNA certification and experience in restorative nursing or rehab are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia CNA certification is required.
• Experience in restorative nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient, encouraging demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative care programs to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to follow individualized care plans.
• Document progress and communicate changes in resident condition.
• Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs while promoting independence.
• Accept CNA assignments as staffing needs require.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents.
