Job summary

Gainesville Health & Rehab Center in Gainesville, VA is seeking a Full Time Restorative CNA to join our care team.

Assist residents with restorative care to improve mobility, strength and function; collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to follow individualized plans.

Document progress, communicate changes in condition, and provide hands-on ADL support while encouraging independence; competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia CNA certification.
• Experience in restorative nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and encouraging demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative care programs to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to follow individualized care plans.
• Document progress and communicate changes in resident condition.
• Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs while promoting resident independence.
• Accept CNA assignments as staffing needs require. Perform CNA duties as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment where residents can thrive.
