Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Restorative CNA to perform patient restorative nursing tasks under the supervision of the Restorative Nurse. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, accurate documentation, and adherence to all laws and Life Care standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a state-approved CNA program, active CNA license, restorative nursing training, and CPR certification. Experience in geriatric care is preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of state-approved CNA program.
• Active CNA license in state of employment in good standing.
• Completed restorative nursing training.
• 1 year geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required by hire or during orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Lift, turn, move, position, and transport patients.
• Assist patients with baths, showers, personal grooming, feeding, and toileting.
• Accurately document and chart patient care.
• Respond to call lights promptly.
• Provide physician ordered exercise to each patient.
• Exhibit professionalism and integrity while adhering to Life Care policies and confidentiality.

Educación

High school diploma or equivalent

Graduate of state approved CNA program

Active CNA license in state with good standing

Completed restorative nursing training

1 year geriatric nursing experience preferred

CPR certification upon hire or during orientation
