Job summary

Life Care Centers seeks a Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents in restoring and maintaining their highest level of function. In this patient-first, team-based role, you will assist with restorative exercises, mobility, positioning, and ADLs under the direction of nursing and therapy staff.

Responsibilities include monitoring and documenting progress, following individualized care plans, practicing infection control and safety, and communicating changes in condition.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA certification.
• Experience in restorative or rehab settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and compassionate patient care.
