Covenant Living seeks a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver restorative care to residents under guidance of Therapy and Nursing staff. The role includes documenting progress, participating in care planning, and supporting residency goals with the Restorative Nurse team.

The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and compassionate care, with responsibilities ranging from ROM to mobility and feeding assistance within facility policy.

Qualifications

• Requires a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and two years of clinical CNA experience.
• High school diploma.
• Knowledge and skills in basic Restorative Nursing principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative care to residents using ROM, ambulation, bed mobility, and positioning techniques.
• Document daily progress and weekly narrative notes of residents’ goals.
• Attend Care Plan Conference and contribute to individualized plans of care.
• Report issues to nursing staff and Therapy; assist with Restorative Dining programs.
