Neighbors Health Center in Byron, Illinois, is seeking a Restorative Aide (CNA) for a full-time role on a 6a-2:30pm schedule, four days a week with every other weekend. Must hold an Illinois CNA license and high school diploma, with restorative experience required.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license from the State of Illinois.
• High School Diploma.
• Restorative experience.
• Restorative Nursing Certification a plus, but not required.
• Experience in Long-Term Care desirable.
• Knowledge of Long Term Care laws and regulations preferred.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding of older adults.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our Director of Restorative Services.
• Assist with rehabilitation and maintenance of our residents' life skills.
• Work with restorative team to help our residents achieve their highest level of functioning.
• Maintain resident documentation, records and charts to ensure an accurate, up-to-date account of the residents' medical treatments.
