Job summary

Little Sisters of the Poor, Holy Family Residence in Saint Paul, MN seeks a CNA with restorative care experience for day shift. After training, schedule will include every other weekend and reliable transportation is required.

You will work with the Restorative Care team to deliver prescribed therapies, assist with mobility and ADLs, monitor changes in residents, document procedures, and report concerns promptly while respecting privacy and dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience in restorative care and therapy-oriented duties.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are required.
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate changes to the Restorative Care team.

Responsibilities

• Work with Restorative Care Coordinator and nursing staff to meet residents' needs and communicate issues promptly.
• Provide restorative care per established methods and stay updated on residents' care plans.
• Document restorative procedures and monitor residents’ condition and progress.
• Promote independence through mobility and ROM exercises and assist with ADLs.
