Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-La Crosse is seeking a Restorative CNA to support resident care during the day shift in La Crosse, Wisconsin. You will implement restorative programming, document progress, and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure safety and well-being.

This full-time role emphasizes education for caregivers, effective communication, and coordination with admissions and discharges as part of a compassionate senior care environment.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant Registry or equivalent
• Long Term care experience preferred
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English

Responsibilities

• The Restorative CNA provides treatments to meet holistic needs of residents per care plan.
• The Restorative CNA documents and communicates resident progress to team members.
• The Restorative CNA offers caregiver education based on identified learning needs.
• The Restorative CNA collaborates with interdisciplinary team on admissions and discharges
