Job summary

The Cedars of Chapel Hill is an upscale retirement community seeking a Restorative CNA Coordinator to provide direct patient care to Members and support the licensed nursing staff. The role focuses on improving living standards by implementing strategies to increase strength and well‑being. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with competitive wages and benefits.

State-approved CNA training and state registry participation are required; prior geriatric aide experience is preferred.

The Restorative CNA Coordinator provides direct patient care to Members to attain better living standards by implementing strategies and techniques to increase Member strength capacity and general well‑being. They also assist the licensed nursing staff by performing routine nursing duties and activities of daily living. Successful completion of a State approved nursing assistant training program. Prior geriatric nursing aide experience is preferred. Registration with State registry required.

Hours: Full Time

Monday - Friday
