The Cedars of Chapel Hill is an upscale retirement community seeking a Home Care CNA to support residents under the direction of an RN Case Manager or Nursing Supervisor.

This position involves 12-hour shifts, full-time hours, and every-other-weekend scheduling, with a focus on compassionate, high-quality care and maintaining a safe, respectful environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• CNA-related patient care duties under RN supervision.

Responsibilities

The Home Care CNA functions under the direction of a RN Case Manager or Nursing Supervisor in performing routine nursing duties and activities of daily living. Employees providing Staff Relief are under the direction of the Director of Nursing or Designee while working in a skilled nursing facility. Employee may be required to lift transfer/transport adult clients.

Hours: Full-Time

Schedule: 12-hour shifts with a consistent/constant schedule and every other weekend.
