Job summary

The Cedars of Chapel Hill is seeking a Home Care CNA to perform routine nursing duties and activities of daily living under the direction of a RN Case Manager or Nursing Supervisor. The role includes lifting/transferring residents as needed and working in a skilled nursing facility setting.

This full-time position offers a 12-hour shift pattern with a consistent schedule and every other weekend. The facility emphasizes compassionate care, a safe and clean environment, and professional growth

The Home Care CNA functions under the direction of a RN Case Manager or Nursing Supervisor in performing routine nursing duties and activities of daily living. Employees providing Staff Relief are under the direction of the Director of Nursing or Designee while working in a skilled nursing facility. Employee may be required to lift transfer/transport adult clients.

Hours: Full-Time

Schedule: 12-hour shifts with a consistent/constant schedule and every other weekend.
