Job summary

Aliceville Manor Nursing Home in Aliceville, AL is seeking a Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support our restorative nursing program and promote resident independence.

You will work under the Restorative Nurse to implement interventions, assist with daily living activities, and help residents maintain mobility and function. We value compassionate care, teamwork, and ongoing learning in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while promoting independence and dignity.
• Implement restorative nursing interventions, including range of motion exercises, ambulation programs, and activities to maintain and improve mobility and function.
• Provide direct care and supervision to residents participating in restorative programs, ensuring safety and adherence to care plans.
• Document resident participation, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize resident outcomes.
• Participate in educational opportunities and training sessions to enhance restorative care skills and knowledge.
