Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) with a valid CNA license to join our caring team in Denton, TX. The RNA will support wellness activities that promote resident independence and quality of life, working full-time (40 hours/week, Monday-Friday).

You will assist with orthotic management, transfers, and ADLs, while engaging residents in restorative dining and group activities. Strong communication and dependable care are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CNA license.
• Restorative care experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dependable and committed to delivering excellent care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with orthotic management, hand hygiene, nail care, transfers, ADLs, sensory integration, and walk-to-dine programs.
• Facilitate restorative dining and group activities aimed at engaging residents and promoting independence.
• Ensure weights are accurately recorded as per protocol (weekly and monthly).
• Support residents aging in place by promoting overall well-being and physical function.
• Collaborate with the Director of Rehab and the care team to provide compassionate, high-quality care.
