Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA). Must hold a valid CNA license and be able to work full-time (approximately 40 hours, Mon-Fri). You will support resident independence through restorative activities and collaborate with the rehab director to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, restorative dining, and activity facilitation, while accurately recording weights and supporting overall resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CNA license.
• Experience in restorative care is a plus but not required.
