Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group in Denton, TX is seeking a dedicated Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) who holds a valid CNA license to join our care team. The RNA will support resident independence through restorative activities and daily care in a full-time schedule.

You will collaborate with the Director of Rehabilitation and the care team to deliver compassionate, high-quality services that promote comfort and well-being for residents.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CNA license.
• Restorative care experience is a plus but not required.
• Passion for compassionate patient care and helping residents maintain independence.
• Dependable and committed to delivering excellent care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with orthotic management, hand hygiene, nail care, transfers, ADLs, sensory integration, and walk-to-dine programs.
• Facilitate restorative dining and group activities to engage residents and promote independence.
• Ensure weights are recorded weekly and monthly as per protocol.
• Support residents in aging in place by promoting overall well-being and physical function.
• Collaborate with the Director of Rehab and the care team to provide high-quality care.

Job Description

CRG is hiring for dedicated and compassionate Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) to join our team. The RNA will play a key role in providing wellness activities that promote resident independence and quality of life. This position requires a valid CNA license and the ability to work full-time (40 hours a week, Monday-Friday).

Responsibilities

• Assist with orthotic management, hand hygiene, nail care, transfers, ADLs, sensory integration, and walk-to-dine programs.
• Facilitate restorative dining and group activities aimed at engaging residents, promoting independence, and maintaining quality of care.
• Ensure weights are accurately recorded as per protocol (weekly and monthly).
• Help residents age in place by supporting their overall well-being and physical function.
• Work collaboratively with the Director of Rehab and other team members to provide compassionate, high-quality care.
