Job summary

NHC HealthCare West Plains in West Plains, MO seeks a Restorative CNA to join our compassionate team. You will support restorative programs for individual patients, maintain accurate documentation in the EHR, and work within infection prevention policies to promote safe, dignified elder care.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA/Nurse Assistant training (Certified Nursing Assistant).
• Experience with restorative nursing and elder care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, direct, and participate in Restorative Programs initiated for individual patients.
• Communicate with the restorative nursing and therapy team concerning goal setting and approaches to individual patient needs.
• Maintains accurate restorative documentation of all patients participating in any restorative programs, including documentation in the EHR. Reports (and records when appropriate) any changes observed in condition or behavior of patients and any unusual incidents.
• Adheres to universal precautions and infection prevention and control policies.

Restorative Nurse Position Highlights:
