Job summary

NHC HealthCare West Plains is seeking a dedicated Restorative CNA to join our team in West Plains, MO. This full-time role supports patients through restorative nursing programs and collaborates closely with therapists to meet individual goals.

You will maintain precise restorative documentation in the EHR, follow infection control policies, and communicate patient needs to the nursing and therapy teams. Strong teamwork and patient-centered care are essential.

Qualifications

• Understands and practices universal precautions with all patients. Adheres to isolation precautions and the center’s infection prevention and control policies.
• Oversee, direct, and participate in Restorative Programs initiated for individual patients.
• Communicate with the restorative nursing and therapy team concerning goal setting and approaches to individual patient needs.
• Maintains accurate restorative documentation of all patients participating in any restorative programs, including documentation in the EHR. Reports (and records when appropriate) any changes observed in condition or behavior of patients and any unusual incidents.

Responsibilities

• Restorative CNA duties as part of patient care team.
• Assist with restorative programs and patient goal achievement.
• Document patient progress and report changes to the nursing staff.
