Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with 12 hours of CE per year.

Responsibilities

• Deliver restorative nursing care in collaboration with licensed nurse and rehabilitation therapy to prevent decline and maximize function.
• Participate in patient care planning process.
• Train direct care staff in restorative techniques and use of splints, braces, prosthetic appliances, and self-help devices.
• Notify nursing/rehabilitation of changes in patient functioning.
