Job summary

Verland is seeking a Restorative Care Aide in Sewickley, PA. The role supports licensed clinicians in Habilitation Services, assisting with ROM, mobility, positioning, and daily care under supervision.

The position includes clinical and clerical tasks, client transport, and participation in infection control and safety programs. The RCA will work full-time (40 hours) with a schedule of 7:30am–6pm Monday through Thursday, providing consistent care and documentation to residents in a supportive

Qualifications

• Requires CNA/PCT or equivalent medical background.
• Two or more years’ rehabilitation experience preferred.
• CPR and BLS certification within six months of hire.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to transfer/lift and transport clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide care under supervision of licensed staff in Habilitation Services.
• Support program activities including ROM, mobility, positioning, and self-care.
• Conduct and document treatment notes and progress reports.
• Train staff on lifting, safety, and adaptive equipment.
• Assist with mealtime programs and clinic organization.
• Communicate with Interdisciplinary Team regarding plans of care.
