Job summary

Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania—Sewickley Campus is hiring a Restorative Aide (CNA) for part-time day shifts. The role includes performing restorative nursing tasks, supporting resident wellness, and educating residents and staff under the supervision of licensed professionals.

You will document progress and participate in care planning, with emphasis on safe, compassionate, and timely care. Excellent teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Current Pennsylvania Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Minimum of one year experience as a Rehab Aide or Nursing Assistant.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, caring, timely, and appropriate resident care.
• Carry out restorative nursing programs per resident plans of care.
• Teach restorative skills to residents and staff; mentor CNAs.
• Observe and document resident responses and progress in progress notes.
• Participate in quality assurance projects and interdisciplinary care plan meetings.
• Support nursing staff as needed; transport residents to sessions when requested.
