Apploi is seeking a State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA) to provide restorative nursing services under the direction of a licensed nurse or therapist. The role focuses on helping residents reach and maintain their highest practicable level of physical and functional well-being in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities include carrying out restorative programs, documenting activities, and supporting residents with ambulation, transfers, dressing, ROM, and daily living tasks.

Qualifikationen

• SRNA status and required annual training and competencies must be current.

Aufgaben

• Carry out individualized restorative programs designed by a licensed nurse or therapist.
• Communicate observations of resident participation and response to restorative activities.
• Document restorative activities per facility policy.
• Assist residents with restorative activities including ambulation/transfers, dressing/grooming, range of motion, contracture support/splinting, dining, and toileting.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
