Pivot at Park Valley Inn Health Center in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Restorative Aide to support restorative and rehabilitative care for ProCare I-SNP members. The role involves personal care, mobility assistance, and contributing to care plans under supervision.

Qualifications

• The candidate must be state-certified as a Nursing Assistant.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be available to work six days per week.
• Ability to travel to additional SNF locations within the geographical area

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to patients, ensuring safety and comfort while supporting restorative care.
• Perform restorative nursing tasks such as ambulation, range of motion, positioning, and self-feeding.
• Promote independence for patients and support care plans.
• Report patient status daily to the Director of Rehab (DOR).
• Contribute knowledge of patient conditions to care plans and assist in plan implementation.
• Observe and document patient conditions and observations as required.
