Job summary

Hcshiring seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a temp assignment / full-time role in Washington. You will assist residents with transfers, walking, ROM exercises, and ADLs while documenting progress and resident responses to care.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, current CNA certification in the state, and CPR/First Aid. Prior long-term care experience is preferred; EEO employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CNA Certification in the state of employment.
• First Aid and CPR current.
• Minimum of three months' CNA experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out restorative care programs designed by therapists.
• Assist residents with transfers, ambulation, ROM, and ADLs.
• Document resident progress and changes in condition accurately.
• Promote resident safety and privacy, and report observations promptly.
• Prepare treatment equipment and assist during therapy sessions.
• Reassure residents before and during treatment and maintain notes.
