Job summary

Lifepoint Health's Kindred Hospital - Chattanooga LTACH is seeking a restorative aide (RNA) to join our team on a full-time schedule (Tuesday–Saturday, 38 hours/week, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.). You will implement restorative programs designed by therapists and help residents regain function in a caring, respectful environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 6–12 months experience in rehab settings; CPR when required, strong English communication, and a passion for caring for

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 6-12 months relevant rehab experience recommended.
• CPR certification (when required).
• Willing to participate in on-the-job training after orientation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out restorative programs designed by Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Pathologist.
• Document observations to ensure continuity of care and protect rights.
• Sanitize whirlpool, tubs, and showers used in therapy; assist with ambulation and transfers.
• Lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Provide Superior customer service and resident care.
• Demonstrate interest and experience working with older adults.
• Other duties as assigned.
