Job summary

Kindred Hospital - Chattanooga is seeking a dedicated Restorative Aide (RNA) to support restorative programs under PT/OT/SLP guidance. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, accurate documentation, and teamwork within a 49-bed LTACH setting in Chattanooga. Full-time schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m.

to 4:30 p.m. The ideal candidate will have 6–12 months rehab experience, CPR certification, and a willingness to participate in on-the-job training to help residents recover

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• 6-12 months relevant experience in a rehab setting is strongly recommended.
• Willing to participate in on-the-job training after orientation.

Responsibilities

• Execute restorative programs designed by PT/OT/SLP therapists.
• Document residents' condition and ensure privacy and rights protections.
• Sanitize whirlpools, tubs and showers used in therapy and assist with ambulation and transfers.
• Lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Show enthusiasm and experience working with older adults.
