Job summary

TMC: Therapy Management Corporation is seeking a Restorative Aide to support residents in our long term care settings. You will carry out restorative programs for mobility, positioning, ADLs, and feeding support, while documenting attendance and progress under supervision.

You will collaborate with the rehab and nursing teams, attend trainings, and help residents maintain independence and dignity. TMC values compassionate care and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Carry out designated restorative programs with identified residents including Range of Motion, splint or brace assistance, functional mobility, positioning, activities of daily living (dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting), and eating or swallowing support.
• Document resident attendance and participation in designated programs.
• Provide feedback to the interdisciplinary team on status changes of residents receiving therapy.
• Attend facility or TMC training or meetings as requested.
• Schedule and prioritize workload with collaboration from Rehab Director.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines in relation to resident privacy.
• Other duties as assigned.
