Douglasville Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking a dedicated Restorative Aide (CNA) to support residents through restorative nursing programs. You will work under Rehabilitation and Nursing, coordinating and implementing care to maximize residents' physical functioning and emotional well-being.
The role requires a CNA with restorative nursing knowledge, excellent interaction with residents and agencies, and a Saturday optional shift.
Qualificações
- Certified Nursing Assistant with experience and knowledge of restorative nursing philosophy/procedures.
- Ability to positively interact with residents, government agencies, and the general public.
Responsabilidades
- Oversee, direct, and participate in restorative programs for individual residents.
- Facilitate transition of residents from skilled rehab to restorative progressive and preventative programs.
- Maintain restorative nursing progress/documentation records for all participating residents.
- Visit each resident daily and as needed to ensure the program's productivity.
