Responsibilities include leading restorative programs, documenting progress, and daily resident visits to ensure program effectiveness. CNA certification and restorative nursing knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with restorative nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with residents, families, and staff.
