Job summary

Aston Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Restorative CNA to join our care team. This role focuses on providing personalized, restorative care that supports our residents’ comfort, mobility, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA program.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong patience, empathy, and compassion.
• Excellent communication and observation skills.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Serve meals and assist residents with eating and drinking as needed.
• Reposition and turn bedridden residents and assist with ambulation or wheelchair transport.
• Maintain clean, safe, sanitary resident rooms; change bed linens and bedpans as needed.
• Take and record vital signs, intake/output, and daily observations.
• Monitor residents’ behavior, mood, and general condition, reporting significant changes to nursing staff.
• Transport medical equipment as required.

Key Responsibilities

As a Restorative CNA, you will:
