Job summary

Serenity Estates of Daytona Beach is seeking a dedicated Restorative Aide to join our care team. You will support residents with restorative programs under licensed staff supervision, focusing on physical, emotional, and social well-being.

You will help implement care plans, monitor vital signs, assist with transfers, record care provided, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care. We offer medical, dental and vision insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• One year of experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with assistance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with restorative care programs to enhance residents' well-being.
