Serenity Estates of Morris is seeking a compassionate Restorative Aide to support residents with daily living activities, rehabilitation and overall well-being. You will work under licensed nursing staff to deliver high-quality, person-centered care in a collaborative setting.

Key duties include assisting with bathing, dressing, ROM exercises, transfers, and mobility, while maintaining infection control standards and reporting changes promptly.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic understanding of restorative care principles and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily living activities under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and engagement to residents, promoting their mental and emotional well-being.
• Assist with rehabilitation programs, including range-of-motion exercises, transfers, and ambulation.
• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or behavior to licensed nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
