HealthPro Heritage, LLC is seeking a Restorative Aide at Rockingham County Rehabilitation and Nursing Center to support restorative services, record weights, and follow physician and therapist directions. The role requires collaboration with licensed staff to deliver high-quality resident care.
Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).

MUST BE EITHER 1) CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA) or 2) LICENSED NURSING ASSISTANT (LNA). 3) LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)
4) CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT (COTA); 5) PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT (PTA)
