Job summary

HealthPro Heritage, LLC is seeking a Restorative Aide at Rockingham County Rehabilitation and Nursing Center to support restorative services, record weights, and follow physician and therapist directions. The role requires collaboration with licensed staff to deliver high-quality resident care.

Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work as CNA/LNA/LPN, COTA, or PTA
• On-the-job restorative aide orientation may be required
• Ability to follow licensed staff directions and document weights

Responsibilities

• Follows through with designated restorative treatments as directed by licensed staff.
• Complete and file paperwork daily/monthly for resident care.
• Record and monitor resident weights and admissions as required.
• Maintain stock of supplies and a safe, clean work environment.
• Attend meetings and in-service trainings as scheduled.
